Executive Director

Teresa leads our mission to provide accessible capital, ensuring every loan supports the long-term growth of Siskiyou County businesses. Her work centers on expanding opportunities for Native entrepreneurs, rural families, and small business owners seeking a path forward. With a strong background in financial coaching and rural economic development, Teresa is dedicated to helping families and entrepreneurs build stability and long-term success.

Loan Specialist

I-iecha provides dedicated support to applicants throughout the loan process, helping families and entrepreneurs navigate requirements with clarity and confidence. Her work focuses on building financial stability for rural and Tribal communities, ensuring each borrower receives respectful guidance and the resources they need to succeed.

Marketing Coordinator

Megan leads our outreach and communications efforts, ensuring that the mission, programs, and community impact of Five Rivers Loan Fund, Inc. are clearly represented across all platforms. Through thoughtful branding, community engagement, and clear information design, she helps residents, families, and entrepreneurs connect with the financial resources that support long-term growth and stability.

Housing Coordinator

Rex supports community members seeking stable, safe housing by guiding them through resources, applications, and housing-related financial assistance. With a calm, community-centered approach, his work strengthens families across Siskiyou County by connecting them with the tools they need for long-term housing stability.
